CasaWare's ceramic non-stick coating is made without any "Forever Chemicals." The silicate/glass-based ceramic non-stick coating is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. This coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free, and PFAS free.

Ceramic Non-Stick Technology CasaWare's Ceramic Non-Stick Technology provides a Greater Baking Experience. The pans feature a non-stick ceramic coating that is both durable and easy to clean. The coating is heat-tolerant up to 450°F, with no peeling or blistering at high temperatures. The pans are made from carbon steel and are aluminum-free. The food slides off easily, and the pans are very easy to clean – just wipe or scrub softly.

Use and Care Instructions Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils are recommended, and sharp objects or metal utensils should be avoided to prevent scratching the non-stick surface. Cool completely before washing, and hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleaners or liquid dish soap in warm water. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.

The Blue Granite Ceramic Surface on a 0.6mm baking pan provides long-lasting durability and scratch resistance. This pan is heat-tolerant up to 450°F, with no peeling or blistering at high temperatures.
