Plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils are recommended, as sharp objects or metal utensils can scratch the non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting.

To clean the pan, allow it to cool completely before washing it by hand with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleansers or liquid dishwashing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel.
