The pan features an exclusive blue-colored granite ceramic-coated easy-release baking surface, with rich cream and brown accent flecks, providing both high fashion and high function. The blue granite ceramic non-stick surface offers long-lasting durability and is heat-tolerant up to 450°F, without peeling or blistering at high temperatures.
Ceramic non-stick technology provides a greater baking experience, making the pan very easy to clean. Simply wipe or scrub softly, and the food slides off easily. The silicate/glass-based ceramic non-stick coating is free of cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS, and PFAS, as it is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral.
