The non-stick ceramic coating uses a silicate/glass base, derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. Our ceramic coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free, and PFAS free.

The food slides off easily, and they are very easy to clean by wiping or soft scrubbing.
