CasaWare's ceramic non-stick coating is made without any "Forever Chemicals." The silicate/glass-based ceramic non-stick coating is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. It is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, Cadmium Free, and PFAS free.

Our cutlery features the patented Groovetech natural non-stick Japanese stainless steel full-tang forged construction knives. Ceramic Non-Stick Technology CasaWare's Ceramic Non-Stick Technology provides a Greater Baking Experience. Our pans feature non-stick ceramic coatings that make them durable and easy to clean. The pans are heat-tolerant up to 450°F, with no peeling or blistering at high temperatures. They are made from carbon steel and are aluminum-free. The food slides off easily, and the pans are very easy to clean, just requiring a soft wipe or scrub.

Use and Care Instructions Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Use plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting.

To clean, allow the pan to cool completely before washing. Hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleaners or liquid dish soap in warm water. Rinse and dry with a soft towel. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.
